Three female adults standing with a male priest surrounded by items for saleThe tradition of Mrs. Dingwall's Christmas Sale continued on December 4, 2018 at St. Jude Catholic School. The Catholic School Council and an army of volunteers spent weeks organizing the countless donations. It was great seeing kids spending $1.00 to $5.00 and buying items for their parents, siblings and grandparents. The sale was the most successful in the history of the school, with $2,500 being raised to spend on gift cards for St. Jude Christmas families.

Group of male and female students wearing pink tshirt at Robots competition For the third straight year, students from St. Jude Catholic School competed at the annual UOIT Engineering Robotics Competition. Students had to design, build and program a Sumo-bot using a LEGO Mindstorm kit. The team had to combine their skills in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics to give their robot the best chance to be a champion.
