Welcome Message from our Principal

Welcome to the 2018-2019 academic year!  How wonderful it is to welcoming returning and new faces to the St. Jude Catholic School family.  We have so much to be thankful for, one has only to turn on the news to be reminded how precious our publically funded Catholic school system is.  This is a special year for the Durham Catholic Distirct Board as we celebrate fifty proud years.   In the Catholic Church, this year is the Year of Joy.  We remember the words of Psalm 100 as we make a joyful noise to the Lord!  

Again this year, we  will continue to  work on our numeracy goals, strategies that support mental health and wellness as well as daily sharing and growing in our Catholic faith.  Never has the connection between home/schoo/church been more important and central.  Thank you for all you do to support us at 68 Coles.  Together, we can have the best year in the history of St. Jude's.
